Key Role Responsibilities Continued
- Partner and interact with office services vendors, including cleaning services, coffee service, Federal Express, etc.
- Coordinate 3rd party printing needs.
- Monitor and work with vendors to ensure copier/printer maintenance and paper supply.
- Demonstrates commitment to the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
- Solicits and applies feedback to improve quality and service.
- Conference room configuration set up.
- Other support duties as assigned.
Role Summary
The Receptionist - Office Services Representative will provide administrative, reception, and clerical support across multiple business functions including management, client solutions, marketing and project support. This position will be responsible for general office and administrative support including, but not limited to: office supplies, answering phone calls, event support, greeting visitors, ordering meals, booking travel, office technology, mail/shipping, coordinating with building management, printing, and support for marketing and client solutions.
All activities will be performed in support of the strategy, vision and values of JE Dunn.

Key Role Responsibilities - Core
- Performs administrative support tasks for a variety of internal functions such as filing, printing, data entry, mailing, distributing mail and documents.
- Works with client solutions and other teams as requested to support presentations, travel, events/meetings, ordering meals, data entry, and supporting expense reporting.
- Assists with planning and executing company events, employee activities, campaigns, and sponsorships.
- Maintain inventory and stocking of supplies for the office, break room, copy room, and conference rooms.
- Presence at front desk as needed to greet and direct clients, vendors & visitors.
- Schedule appointments, updates calendars, and books travel as requested.
- Manages and distribute incoming calls and location calendar.
- Support JE Dunn's internship program and career fairs through coordination and planning as directed.
- Assures tidiness and organization of common spaces within the office.
- Coordinate with building management to ensure a safe, secure, and well-maintained office space.
- Coordinate with building management regarding system functionality and staff access to office, parking, gym, rooftop deck, and other amenities.

Education
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- In lieu of the above requirements, equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
Experience
- 0-2 years receptionist or administrative support experience (Required)

- Frequent activity: Standing, Walking, Sitting, Viewing Computer Screen
- Normal office environment

Base compensation for the Receptionist role in Minneapolis, MN is between $48,000 and $60,000, depending on experience, and may be more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. In addition to base salary, the role is eligible to receive a target bonus based on both individual and company performance.
